Sixers Snap Four-Game Slide
The Philadelphia 76ers defeated the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder, 121-90, at Wells Fargo Center on Monday evening.

The Sixers got out to a great start at home with a, 34-26, lead after one quarter. They kept control through the second and pushed their lead to 15, by halftime. The Thunder had no answers in the second half, as the Sixers added another 12 points to their lead through the third, making it 27-point game heading into the final frame. The 76ers cruised the rest of the way to snap a four-game slide, while this marks the 14th straight loss for the Thunder.

Joel Embiid led the way for the 76ers with 21 points, five rebounds and three steals, in 22 minutes. Ben Simmons added 12 points, four assists, three rebounds, three steals and two blocks, while Tobias Harris finished with 11 points, four rebounds, four assists and four steals. The 76ers shot 54 percent from the field, including 14-of-31 from long range.

Meanwhile, Ty Jerome led the Thunder with 22 points on 8-of-12 shooting, two rebounds, two assists and a steal, in 30 minutes. Darius Bazley added 14 points, seven rebounds and two assists, while Moses Brown totaled 11 points, eight rebounds and a steal. The Thunder shot 44 percent from the field, including 7-of-30 from deep.

The Thunder (20-41) will look to end the slide and they take on the Celtics in Boston on Tuesday. The Sixers (40-21) play host to the Hawks on Wednesday.
