Suns Edge Bucks In Overtime
The Phoenix Suns defeated the host Milwaukee Bucks, 128-127, in overtime at Fiserv Forum on Monday evening.

The contest got out to a tight start as the Bucks held a one-point lead after one quarter. The score stayed close through the second and the Suns pulled ahead to grab a one-point lead by halftime. The Bucks came out strong in the third and rallied to a seven-point lead heading into the final frame, but the Suns rallied back and jumped ahead to three-point lead with under two minutes left in the fourth. The Bucks answered with five straight points, but the Suns tied it up with the final bucket of regulation, forcing overtime. The Suns took the first advantage of the overtime period and led most of the way until the Bucks tied it up late. The Suns managed to squeeze out the road win thanks to a last-second free throw by Devin Booker.

Devin Booker led the Suns with 24 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, three steals and a block, in 43 minutes. Chris Paul added 22 points, 13 assists, seven rebounds and a steal, while Deandre Ayton logged 20 points, 13 rebounds, two assists and a block. The Suns shot 48 percent from the field, including 17-of-42 from long range.

Meanwhile, Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 33 points, eight rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block, in 35 minutes. Khris Middleton totaled 26 points, seven rebounds, five assists and two steals, while Jrue Holiday finished with 25 points, eight assists, four rebounds, two steals and a block. The Bucks shot 48 percent from the field, including 11-of-34 from deep.

The Bucks (35-22) will look to bounce back as they play host to the 76ers on Thursday. The Suns (41-16) take on the 76ers in Philly on Wednesday.
