Pacers Defeat Magic, 131-112
The Indiana Pacers defeated the host Orlando Magic, 131-112, at Amway Center on Sunday.

A 36-25 first quarter really set the foundation for Indiana in this game, holding the lead for the final three quarters after that. In fact, they got out to a game-high 27-point lead thanks to a 41-20 third quarter. The Pacers shot 55 percent from the field and 47 percent from three-point range while holding the Magic to 40 percent from the field and 31 percent from long range. In addition, Indiana out-assisted Orlando, 28-22. The Pacers also tripled up the Magic in fastbreak points, 27-9.

The Pacers (29-31) were led by Malcolm Brogdon, tallying 24 points, eight rebounds and nine assists. Edmond Sumner amassed 21 points, seven rebounds and two assists. Caris LeVert generated 18 points, three rebounds and six assists, Oshae Brissett had 13 points and eight boards while Justin Holiday led the bench with 20 points, seven rebounds and two assists.

The Magic (18-42) were led by Dwayne Bacon and his 20 points, five rebounds and two steals, Cole Anthony collected 14 points, seven rebounds and seven assists. Chuma Okeke totaled 12 points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals. Mo Bamba led the bench with 17 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Orlando has to play the second half of a back-to-back on Monday, remaining home to face the Los Angeles Lakers. As for Indiana, they return home to play the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday for their next outing.
