Wizards Look To Build On Three-Game Streak
The Washington Wizards play host to the Portland Trail Blazers at Capital One Arena on Saturday evening.

This marks the third game of an eight game home stand for the Wizards (22-20), as they look to add to their three-game win streak and build on their, 12-7, home record. Bradley Beal (COVID-19) missed the last two contest and will remain out through Saturday's action. Kyle Kuzma has been playing well lately, averaging 24.4 points, 11.0 rebounds and 3.4 assists, over the last 10 games. Spencer Dinwiddie is averaging 16.3 points, 2.3 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.5 steals over four games since returning from a week-long absence. The Wizards are averaging 107.8 points per game, while shooting an average of 46.9 percent from the field, while is fifth best in the league.

Meanwhile, this marks the second game of a six-game road trip for the Trail Blazers (16-25), as they look to bounce back from a loss in their most recent contest and add to their, 2-14, road record. The Blazers remain shorthanded, as Damian Lillard (abdomen), C.J. McCollum (not injury related), Larry Nance (knee), Norman Powell (COVID-19) and Cody Zeller (knee) will be sidelined. Anfernee Simons and Tony Snell are expected to step up in the backcourt, while Nassir Little and Robert Covington will start alongside Jusuf Nurkic in the frontcourt. The Trail Blazers are averaging 108.8 points per game, but they are giving up an average of 113.2 points against, which is fourth most in the league.
