Nets Take On Wizards Without Kevin Durant
The Washington Wizards will host the Brooklyn Nets at Capital One Arena on Wednesday night.

The Wizards (23-21) are trending in the right direction of late and are coming off a win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday. Montrezl Harrell led the way for the Wizards and scored 18 points off the bench, while Kyle Kuzma contributed 15 points, 16 rebounds, four assists and three blocks. Bradley Beal had 13 points, six assists and five rebounds, while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope notched 14 points and three boards. Thomas Bryant had 15 points and five rebounds off the bench, while Corey Kispert and Rui Hachimura each had 11 points.

The Wizards are sporting a clean bill of health when it comes to absences.

The Nets (27-16) came up short in their first game without Kevin Durant, who suffered a knee injury that will keep him out for several weeks, and suffered a 114-107 loss against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday. Kyrie Irving led the way for Brooklyn with 27 points, supplementing them with nine assists, seven rebounds and one steal. James Harden posted a 22-point, 10-assist double-double that includes seven rebounds and two steals. LaMarcus Aldridge furnished 13 points, five rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block. Kessler Edwards and Patty Mills posted matching 11-point contributions, with Edwards adding three rebounds. Day'Ron Sharpe supplied 10 points, six boards, two assists, two steals and one block.

Paul Millsap (personal), James Johnson (illness), DeAndre’ Bembry (back) and Nicolas Claxton (hamstring) are all game-time calls for Wednesday’s tilt. Kevin Durant (knee) and Joe Harris (ankle) are both out.
