Smith primarily handled kickoff duties during his time with the Wolfpack while Brayden Narveson managed field goal and extra point attempts. The 5-foot-9 redshirt junior will look to resume his role with NC State next season, but may have a shot at expanding his role to field goals and extra points if Narveson decides not to utilize his additional COVID-19 eligibility to return to school.
