July 7, 2021
Maker will remain in the 2021 NBA Draft, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
As expected, Maker will pursue a career at the next level despite choosing not to sign with an agent when he declared for the NBA Draft back in May. The 6-foot-11 center only appeared in two games for Howard last season before a groin injury ended his freshman campaign, but he is viewed as a lottery talent and is likely to be drafted at some point during the first round of the upcoming draft.
