Just a few things that caught my eye:

• Corey Crawford sure shat Frisbees on Robby Fabbri, all because the latter was pushed into him. Do you think he could take Ronda Rousey? Thought not.
• Did we just witness Pavel Datsyuk's last game at Joe Louis Arena? #respect. There are few guys who can score, suffocate and pick pocket opponents any better.

• I'm not sure who I hate more right now -- Alexander Steen or Trevor VanRiemsdyk. ARGH.
• So ... why couldn't three-assist Jonathan Drouin get ice time this season? I can't remember either.
• Matt Cullen is 39. He still knows how to snipe. Wow.
• Can Matt Murray carry the Pens? Marc Andre Fleury was on the ice at practice recently, but he left the ice far too soon. Setback? I think so.
• Have the ugly duckies finally woken up? I fear so.
• Nikita Kucherov. I'm telling you -- CAPTAIN Kucherov.
• Video reviews get the calls right. But man, do they ever mess up the flow and emotion of the games. Discuss.
