The 2019-20 season marked Mokoka's rookie campaign. He made his NBA debut Dec. 28 against the Hawks. He saw three minutes and posted two rebounds. Overall, he appeared in 11 games for the Bulls, averaging 2.9 points, 0.9 rebounds, 0.4 assists and 0.4 steals across 10.2 minutes. He shot 42.9 percent from the field, 40.0 percent from three and 50.0 percent from the free-throw line. Mokoka set single-game career highs of 15 points, three three-pointers, two rebounds, two assists and one steal. Mokoka also spent 31 games in the G League with the Windy City Bulls. There, he averaged 10.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.3 steals across 32.2 minutes. He shot 37.1 percent from the field, 32.7 percent from three and 69.2 percent from the charity stripe. In the G League, Mokoka set single-game career highs of 27 points, 11 rebounds, eight assists, three steals and two blocks.
