Hawks Cruise To Fourth Straight Win
The Atlanta Hawks defeated the host Charlotte Hornets, 113-91, at Spectrum Center on Sunday evening.

The Hawks got out to a strong start with a, 30-22, lead after one quarter. They stayed in control through the second and pushed their lead up to 11, by halftime. The Hornets had no answers in the second half, as the visitors came out stronger in the third quarter and rallied to a 19-point advantage heading into the final frame. The Hawks left nothing to chance down the stretch and confidently closed out their fourth straight win.

Trae Young led the Hawks with 30 points, four rebounds, four assists and a steal, in 35 minutes. De'Andre Hunter followed up with 20 points, two rebounds,, three steals and a block, while Danilo Gallinari added 10 points, seven rebounds, three assists and a block, off the bench. The Hawks shot 45.5 percent from the field, including 15-of-39 from deep.

Meanwhile, Miles Bridges totaled 19 points, six rebounds and a block, while LaMelo Ball totaled 19 points, six rebounds, four assists and a block, to lead the Hornets. P.J. Washington added 12 points, seven rebounds, four assists and two blocks, while Kelly Oubre Jr. tallied 12 points and five rebounds. The Hornets shot 39 percent from the field, including just 4-of-36 from long range.

The Hornets (26-21) will look to bounce back as they take on the Raptors in Toronto on Tuesday. The Hawks (21-25) play host to the Kings on Wednesday.
