Cavs Look To Build On Four-Game Streak
The Cleveland Cavaliers play host to the Brooklyn Nets at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Monday afternoon.

The Cavs (26-18) have won four in a row and will look to keep it rolling for a chance to build on their, 11-9, home record. Darius Garland has been playing great, averaging 18.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, 11.0 assists and 1.0 steals, over the last five games, including an impressive performance in the Cavs' last game, where he totaled 27 points and 18 assists. Jarrett Allen averages 16.6 points, 11.0 rebounds and 1.4 blocks, while Evan Mobley averages 15.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.7 blocks per game, to form a solid frontcourt duo. The Cavs have been great on the defensive end, as they are holding opponents to an average of 102.4 points per game, which is second fewest in the league.

Meanwhile, the Nets (27-15) will look to build off a win in their last contest and add to their, 15-4, road record, as they take on the first game of a four-game road trip. They will be shorthanded, with Paul Millsap (personal), James Johnson (illness), Joe Harris (ankle), Kevin Durant (knee) sidelined, and Nicolas Claxton (hamstring) listed as questionable for action. On the bright side, James Harden has been playing well, averaging 26.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 13.3 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.7 blocks, over the last three games. Kyrie Irving did not play in the last two games, but he is expected to play on Monday. Irving averaged 17.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.3 steals, over three games played, so far. The Nets also do a great job on the defensive end, as the hold opponents to an average of 43.7 percent shooting from the field, which is third lowest in the league.
